Shipping & Delivery


Vakume always offers free shipping on all orders placed on our website.

Shipment of goods from our premises is generally made, for orders received by 09:00, on the same day as the order, while for orders placed after 09:00, it is made on the following day. If orders are placed on weekends or holidays, shipping will take place on the next working day.

When the package is handed over to the courier, we will send an email containing the tracking number to track the shipment.

Once the goods have been shipped, delivery to the customer takes place within 24/48 hours throughout Italy.

At the moment, we only ship domestically within Italy.

Please use the provided tracking number to track your parcel. If the delivery is marked as completed but you have not received the parcel, please contact the courier's customer support.

Payments


We accept payments made with:


- Credit cards from VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay, Bancontact, iDeal circuits. ). The amount is debited when the transaction is completed, and an automatic notification email is simultaneously sent to the customer's email address. In case of order cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the customer's bank account.

- PayPal: you will be redirected to the secure PayPal page. You can then complete the payment directly from your PayPal account. The order amount is debited from your PayPal account when the order is placed. In case of order cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
